The Good Plate is a new cafe in Earls Barton, Northamptonshire. The Good Plate is part of the Real Junk Food Project.
The Real Junk Food Project is a network of national and international movement of cafes and projects which aims to intercept good food that is destined for landfill to feed it to the world, thus feeding bellies and not bins.
The Good Plate aims to serve delicious and nutritious meals, using ingredients that are perfectly edible.
We hope to provide not only a good meal, but a pleasant environment for anyone and everyone --- people from anywhere and all walks of life, whilst working on reducing waste. We aim to cater to various dietary requirements so that everyone who comes in can have something to eat.
