Slightly-stale baguette, sliced thinly (other breads, especially ones with a denser crumb, work too)
Preheat oven to 100-150 degrees.(depending on your oven!)
Place slices of bread on a baking tray and bake about ten minutes till lightly browned and crunchy.
Cool on a rack.
Serve with your favourite topping!
